What are the prices for your services?

Our software is priced per computer. The Bsecure Family Safety is $49.95 for 3 licenses and only $19.95 for each additional license.

Is Bsecure a router based system or do I have to install it on each computer?

Bsecure must be loaded onto each PC unless you utilize the Whole Home Filtering feature which requires the software to be loaded on at least one PC to manage the services.

What PCs can I run your product on?

Our software can be installed on a PC running Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7.

Do I have to install the client on all my computers for protection?

You must install the client on all PCs you want to protect unless you utilize the Whole Home Filtering feature which allows you to filter multiple PCs and non-PC devices with only one PC having the client loaded on it.

How secure is your filter?

As long as you are the only person that knows the password, security question and security answer, then no one else will be able to make changes to the filter. If you do not allow others to be an administrator on the system, they will not be able to uninstall or otherwise get around the filter. We also block access to anonymizers/proxies.

What is the Whole Home Filtering feature?

The Whole Home Filtering feature filters other web enabled devices that connect to your network, such as visiting laptops, iPhones and gaming consoles. For complete protection, we encourage the installation of the Bsecure product on all your personal computers. This allows the full functionality of all the Bsecure features as well as providing the ability to set age appropriate account settings for each computer and each user with a Windows account.

Do I need to be at the computer I want to install the product on to purchase the software?

You can purchase the product from any computer and install it later to the systems you want to protect by logging into your account and following the directions.

Why do you charge for your product?

Bsecure Online is not a non-profit company. The product development and enhancements, database updates, and technical support requires the talents of some of the most brilliant minds in the business. In order to provide the best product and support possible, we must cover our expenses. We are aware there are free filtering products available, but as the old adage goes: "you get what you pay for". If you want the best protection, we provide it at the best price in the market.

Can I use the Bsecure software with another reporting or filtering software?

We recommend that you uninstall any other filter or reporting software, as we have not tested all products and combinations. They may or may not work.
