David K. Haadsma - President / CEO of Bsecure Technologies
Mr. Haadsma was Vice President of Operations of American Family Online, where he helped organize its purchase and transition into Bsafe Online. He has nineteen years of business and technical experience in new company startups and large-scale e-commerce system implementation. His career began at Stow-Davis in Grand Rapids, MI as a purchasing agent where he rose to become materials manager. From there he went to AutoStyle and was MIS project manager for implementation, and a specialist in MRP technology. He has served as Director of Custom Software Development at CMI International, Director of MIS for AutoStyle Plastics (a $120 million dollar automotive supplier), as well as Senior ERP/MRP consultant for CSI Inc., also in Grand Rapids. Mr. Haadsma holds a B.A. in General Business (MLM) from Michigan State University.

Darren Boisjolie - CTO of Bsecure Technologies
Mr. Boisjolie has over twenty years of experience architecting, designing and developing a wide variety of networking and communications based software applications as well as extensive experience in service delivery over the Internet. He was founder and CEO of Black Sheep Technologies, Inc., a wireless applications service provider focused on development of a wireless communications platform built to support vertical markets. Previously he acted as Director of Technology for Analytical Services, Inc. a DOD technical products and services firm. His responsibilities included setting the technical direction for corporate concerns, having P&L responsibilities for the Florida subsidiary, directing product development, performing business development activities, and acting as program manager for world-wide sustainment of Joint Service Air Combat Training Systems. He performed as the Principle Research Investigator for the Army Research Laboratories’ All Purpose Hand Held Information Display (APHIDS) research project. Prior to Black Sheep and ASI, Mr. Boisjolie performed as project manager and senior engineer on many U.S. Air Force, Army and Joint Service programs while with Micro Systems, Inc., Sverdrup Technologies, Inc. and Applications Research Corp. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science and Software Engineering at the University of West Florida.

Andrew K. Stull, CPA - CFO of Bsecure Enterprises
Mr. Stull graduated from Baylor University in 1983 magna cum laude with a BBA in accounting. He spent 21 years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen, KPMG Peat Marwick and Dixon-Hughes, PLLC specializing in different areas of taxation such as estate planning and wealth preservation, business valuations, IRS litigation, cost segregation studies, closely-held corporations and multi-state taxation. He was currently serving as chief financial officer for Gregory Management Co., LLC and related entities. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the North Carolina Association of CPAs. Andy has been active in serving his community, serving on the board of various organizations which include Evergreen Healthcare Systems, Chamber of Commerce Leadership and Kiwanis of which he served as past president. He has lent his skills to his local church serving as finance director and capital campaign chairman for a $3,000,000 education building at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.

Dennis McKeon – Vice President Operations
Dennis has over 30 years of experience in developing and managing technical support and network support organizations. At Bsecure, Dennis is responsible for the management and continued development of the Technical Support, Network Operations, MIS, Content Filtering, and Billing functions. Before coming to Bsecure, Dennis has held positions with Riverstone Networks as Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service, at Marconi Communications as Vice President Customer Fulfillment, at ECI Telecom as Vice President Customer Support, and at Telematics International as Sr. Vice President Worldwide Customer Support. In these previous roles he had successfully established new organizations, reorganized and improved existing organizations, and the merging of acquired organizations. Dennis possesses a very broad technical background dealing with all aspects of product development, test & deployment, support and maintenance. He has also been responsible for the Marketing and Sales of the support oriented business units he has led. Dennis graduated from the Newark, New Jersey campus of AIA.

Mr. Michael Bass, CISSP / VP Business Development Bsecure Technologies
A Silicon Valley veteran, Mr. Bass brings over twenty years of computer industry experience at both large and small companies, and a successful track record growing and initiating new revenue streams both directly and through strategic partnerships. For the past 8 years, his roles have focused on information security, most recently with McAfee’s Consumer Division. Prior positions included business development, sales and sales management roles at VERITAS (acquired by Symantec), NetScaler (acquired by Citrix), Digital Equipment Corp, and 9 years at Sun Microsystems where he was instrumental in growing several new market segments. He is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), past board member of Silicon Valley and San Francisco ISSA, and member of Infragard. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of California at Davis.

Joseph R. Gregory – Chairman / President / CEO of Epic Secure Solutions (Bsecure Parent Company)
Mr. Gregory has served as the Chairman of the Board of the Company since 2004 and as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since December 2005. Mr. Gregory is currently also the President and CEO of Gregory Management Co., LLC, a private investment company. Mr. Gregory is a co-founder of King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE: KG), an S&P 500 company, where he was an integral part of the team which created billions of dollars in shareholder value. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for King Pharmaceuticals and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Monarch Pharmaceuticals. He serves on the Boards of numerous community charities, and runs a private family foundation focusing on children’s issues. Mr. Gregory is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Business, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration in 1977.

J. Steve Davis – Board Member
Mr. Davis, a Director, is a senior executive with extensive experience in the communications industry. Presently a venture capitalist and management consultant, Mr. Davis began his career in advertising at Benton and Bowles-New York for thirteen years, leaving as Senior Vice President with significant major client responsibilities in eleven countries. He was next President of Tracy-Locke, also in New York City, and left after five years to rebuild J. Walter Thompson’s flagship office in Chicago serving on the global Board of Directors for six years. He was then recruited to become President and CEO of Young and Rubicam in New York and later was Chairman and CEO of Wells Rich Greene/WDDP where he managed its successful merger into the Omnicom network. More recently he has led two Silicon Valley start-ups, before establishing his own consulting and investment businesses. Following his BA in Advertising and Sociology double major at the University of Nebraska, he served as an Air Force Captain where he was an aide-de-camp for two General Officers.
